I joined U.S. Bank Home Mortgage in 2001.  I've been in the arena of serving customers for over 30 years and in the area of personal finance since 1994.  I am a "Certified Mortgage Specialist" with Minnesota Mortgage Association.  This is the highest designation the industry offers.  I am also a member of Lenders Who Care, a non-profit organization promoting positive changes in the mortgage industry.
